Dublin NightChurch was started on the first Saturday of January 2007.
The first
meeting was held in the Parliament Hotel, Old City,
Temple Bar. It is part of the Evangelical Episcopal
Church and is led
by Bishop Tomás Kennedy. Tomás was appointed as a pastor in 2004 by
Bishop
Josep Rossello. Before starting the NightChurch he led the Le Chéile
Christian
Community. The NightChurch is a street ministry with a mission to start
a
night-time congregation in Dublin
city.”
