Membership

The Bible is clear that every Christian is called to be a member of a local church. Covenant church membership provides protection, encouragement, and accountability for each member. We’d love for you to consider joining our church family!

If you are interested in becoming a member at The King’s Church, we’d like to invite you to our membership class. You will have the opportunity to learn about TKC’s beliefs, structure, and various areas of ministry. After completing the class, you will meet with the pastor for an interview. The process concludes with new members being presented to the church family during Member Meetings.

Here are the things we ask of our members:

• • Covenant Members should be Christians.
  • Covenant Members should be regular attenders.
  • Covenant Members should be involved in community either through Missional Communities, Peer Discipleship or serving.
  • Covenant Members have been baptized by immersion, following their salvation.

• • Covenant Members should pray for the church.
  • Covenant Members should humble and accountable to one another.
  • Covenant Members should submit to the church’s leadership and teaching.
  • Covenant Members should promote unity in the body.
  • Covenant Members should financially support the church’s ministry. 
  • Covenant Members should use their spiritual gifts to build up the body however they can.
